Privacy policy

1uah is a micro-donation project benefiting the "Learning for the Future" Charitable Foundation. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to take your 1₴ donation and hand you a letter. This page explains exactly what that means.

What we collect

Name — the optional first name you type, shown on your letter and its public permalink. Leave it blank and we store nothing.
Dream — the optional short wish you type; used to compose your letter. Never shown publicly without your name.
Email — only if you ask us to save your album by email, so we can send you a one-time sign-in link.
IP address — used transiently and stored only as a salted hash, purely to rate-limit abuse. We never store your raw IP.
A device cookie (uah_dt) — a random token in your browser that ties your album to this device. It is not an advertising or analytics identifier.

Who processes it

Monobank — processes the actual 1₴ payment. We never see or store your card details.
Cloudflare — hosts the site and database and sends the album sign-in email.

How long we keep it

Donation records (amount, donor number) are kept for accounting. The sign-in email link is deleted the moment it is used or expires (within one hour). Rate-limit hashes are purged automatically once stale. You can ask us to erase your name, dream, email and device link at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data tied to you. On request we remove your name, dream and email and unlink your device; the anonymous donation/counter record may remain for accounting.
